Can AUMELLO products be used on oily, and acne-prone skin?

Aumello products work well on all skin types including oily, combination, and dry skin.

Are AUMELLO products natural?

We believe natural doesn’t always mean safer, and synthetic doesn’t mean harmful. Our products are formulated with only the safest, most effective ingredients – using a combination of nature, and science.

Can AUMELLO products be used during pregnancy?

Our products are safe to use during pregnancy, except our Anti-Blemish Spot Gel which contains Retinol (vitamin A). Please avoid all Vitamin A and Salicylic acid containing products while pregnant.

Are AUMELLO products fragrance free?

Yes. AUMELLO products are formulated with no added fragrance, and essential oils.

Is your packaging recyclable?

At AUMELLO, we want to be as eco-friendly as possible. We try our best to minimise waste, and use materials that are either recyclable or reusable. For any recycling questions, please contact us at info@aumello.com.

Are AUMELLO products vegan and cruelty-free?

All our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Do your products have an expiry date?

Please refer to the open jar symbol on the packaging of our products. This indicates the shelf-life of the product once opened.

Can I get a sample of your products?

Unfortunately, we haven’t created samples of our products yet. We are working on it though!

Where are your products made?

All our products are made in England, United Kingdom.

Shipping FAQs

Do you accept returns?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All unused (in original packaging), and faulty products will be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at info@aumello.com with your order number and details of your request, and we'll get back to you within 72 hours.

Can I change my order?

If you need to change your order after a few minutes of placing it, email us at info@aumello.com and we'll be happy to help!

What are the shipping options?

All orders placed before 1pm on Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. If an order is placed after 1pm on Friday, it won't be dispatched until Monday. We currently deliver to the UK, Republic of Ireland, and Mainland USA.

UK Delivery options and charges:

● Standard delivery (Royal mail 2 to 3 business days): £3.95

Free standard delivery on all orders over £35

● Express delivery (Next business day): £5.95

Free express delivery on all orders over £95

● International shipping (mainland USA and Republic of Ireland)

Delivery charges for international shipping will be calculated at checkout.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders placed before 1pm on Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day.
